Very few cars actually have real bumpers these days and if you actually did hit something it would cause thousands of dollars worth of damage to whatever plastic and tin-foil excuse they have for a bumper. Irrelevant to the protection the occupants get. That particular car being discussed is better than a motorbike only in that its a lot more stable having 4 wheels, is a lot more visible, and would provide a lot better protection from the weather. It'd have bugger all protection for the occupants and isnt likely to be registerable in the US, ever. |
