Minister Min: please post your entire colllection of JR and JRK's
outstanding scans. I seem to have lost mine somehow, all that
remains is about 200.

And, from the latest published version of the group's FAQs:

3. What and how do we post?

d. Reposts of images previously posted to this newsgroup should
be identified as such with [Repost] in the header. Reposts
should acknowledge the original poster (OP) if possible.
This will make it possible to identify reposts easily and not
download unnecessary duplicate pictures.

4. Reposts will normally occur only in response to requests or after
a reasonable time of 3 months has passed since the original posting.
