Default Heater Blower in '88 YJ

The heater fan in my YJ stopped blowing. The heater core obviously
still works as the Jeep still warms up when you turn it on, but the air
isn't moving. Any ideas? Thanks.

With no fan at all, I would first put power to the fan's connection
which is down below the battery on the firewall.

If the fan spins up that way, then the switch is suspect.

If the fan is indeed dead, you can replace it with a monster GM blower
motor which will literally put out more on low then the original does on
high. 'All' the windows will even defrost. :-)

Changing the heater motor is a 'serious' pain in the butt. The dash has
to come off which means the windshield has to fold down first which
means the roll bar has to be disconnected up front....
