the last auto sim sport did an interview with an "alien" who just one
some big time f1 sim championship. he said he drives 1000 laps in prep
for each race, so if a race takes place each week, he has six days to
drive 1000 laps, at an average of 1:30 per lap, he spends over 4 hours
a day on lapping, not to mention time spent setting up the car.

4 hours a day. that's intense.
