Default Crank Shaft and Thrust Bearings

Hi,

Has anyone else on here had a problem with their 147 with regards to
the thrust bearings dis-integrating and causing damage to the crank?
Mine was a 52 plate with 45K on the clock, alfa are determined to say
it's not a fault, but the garage I took it to has seen half a dozen or
so and I've heard of a couple of other people with the same problem.

Cheers

Andy Jones
