Default temp sending unit wire

hi,

i am having a senior moment here...just finishing up replacing the head
on my 95 m-ed and i cant find the temp sending wire, (i didnt expect the
head to take so long to repair, so i didnt take better notes). the car
is pinging like mad and the "check engine" lite is on w/ code 09. where
does the wire come thru the fire wall so i can trace it?

thanks,
peter
