Default Need help installing F1C

Hi guys, I'm in really need of some help here. My F1C installation is a
mess, so I decided to re-install it. I renamed the directory of my current
F1C installation (just in case I need some files like setups, etc.), and
inserted my F1C CD, but the setup won't run. I get no error message,
nothing. The CD spins for a while, I get a file copy dialog boxes that
appears for a second or two copying files to windows\system directory (I
believe that's the vbrun60 that's happening in that moment), and that's it.
I tried copying the CD to my hard drive to install it from there but same
results. I tried installing from my second CD-ROM, but the same.

I try running both the "F1 Challenge 99-02_Inst.exe" and the "setup.exe",
but nothing works! How can I install this game?!?! I also disabled my
firewall and anti-virus software. I'm running Windows XP Pro SP2.

Any help, please?
