Default no ac- dash fan?

Are any of the dash fans much relief in cars without ac? If they are , any
preferred brands, features? TIA Pat

They all work well in the winter time. If it is hot and humid nothing helps
more that riding with the windows down. If it is raining a dash fan just
blows hot air and makes almost no difference in comfort.

To the extent that the fan helps to evaporate sweat, they work.
