Roadside RSS feeds
Hi Viatologists,
If you're new to misc.transport.road and rec.autos.driving, you've definitely become familiar w/ the Worldwide Transportation Library. With our far-reaching photos (and videos) from several continents, your studies have become more broad and diverse. You're probably busy between Monday and Friday, hammering away at the office. So your browsing of the web may not be a luxury. We have the solution for you! Subscribe to our RSS feeds and let us deliver content to you! http://wwtl.info/pwwh-rss.xml (Road photos, including Virtual 360 captures) http://wwtl.info/vwwh-rss.xml (Road videos) What is RSS? It stands for "Really Simple Syndication". This service sends you short headlines to your web browser (Internet Explorer 7, Firefox) or RSS reader. If something suits your interest, just click on it! We promise we won't inform your boss of your covert activity! If you subscribe to the RSS feeds today, you will be treated to our Alberta Provincial Route 22X entry. This route serves the outskirts of Alberta's largest city. Updates get made when I have the time to do so, however the whole process may become automated in the future. Stay tuned! Come see why the Worldwide Transportation Library is the most superior photographic resource in your viatological studies. Cheers, Carl Rogers "Environment first, transportology second" ******** Worldwide Transportation Library (WWTL): http://wwtl.info ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Complete coverage of international roads and railways. Since 2000, we offer several photographs, videos and Virtual 360 demonstrations -- free of charge. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ******** |

Well done indeed Mr Rogers! Keep up the incredible work. Your peers are going to be surely extra jealous since you have adopted such advanced web technologies as the RSS. |

Actually I've always found wwtl.wtf to be more of a family than a work affair. Nothing brings the family to gather round the glow of the computer screen better than the wwtl. My ex and sons are endlessly fascinated by CalPox antics(and who wouldn't be? It's like watching a CRASH or a train wreck), and can't wait to see what he does next.
Gotta wonder, though, how one gets RSS feeds at the roadside. I've always found them on a computer. |
