That's nothing more than purely unnecessary pedentary on your part.

Non-sequitur.

Cite? I was unable to find anything substantiating your claim above
on a Google search using the city name and school zone.

Non-sequitur. Try to stay on topic.

Which in no way indicates that any objective traffic and engineering
study of the area in question took place or whether it's documented
and copies of it are available upon request.

Who said anything about these new school zones being directly in front
of schools? A significant portion of roads in New Carrollton were not
directly in front of schools (indicated on the map in the video on You
Tube were not near the schools in question) and as far as I could see,
weren't designated as school zones at all.

I suggest learning how to use basic contractions before moving onto
the "big words."

Non-sequitur. If you're (not "your") not going to actually refute my
argument, then you're (not "your") nothing more than a waste of time.

so what is the purpose of all your whining ? If you don't want the
state to prohibit the town from putting up cameras then what is it you
want? Is it you want the federal government to step in and stop them? or
maybe you want the UN to take some action.

That's a loaded question. You evidently are not able to comprehend
basic English nor are you able to address points made about the lack of
a traffic and engineering study. You'd rather go off on tangents about
"big brother government" which has nothing to do with the topic at hand.

Go play somewhere else.

So what is the topic if not "big brother government"?

You claiming big brother is not irrelevant but claiming these are new
school zones is irrelevant is a joke. Whether the school zones are new
or old these are the only streets that run past the schools. If you
prohibit these streets from being school zones then these schools have
no streets that can be school zones.

The local government said they did a study. Maybe that was just someone
standing in front of the school for half an hour observing traffic. What
difference does it make? What studies are done by other schools that
have the streets in front of their schools as school zones?
