Default 2000 Grand Caravan Radio Problem

I am having a problem with the radio in my 2000 Dodge Grand Caravan.
When the problem started, it only occured when pressing the brakes.
The radio would either power off and back on completely, one speaker
would go fuzzy, or quit working all together. Now it happens
sporatically with no rhyme or reasons. I took it to the service
department at the dealership I purchased it at, and they told me the
radio was bad. So my husband and I replaced the whole radio, and it
is still doing the same thing. Any ideas?

Thanks!
Jen

My radio is the AM/FM CD/Cassette
