I don't type those long strung out URLs. I believe in the KISS principle. Water powered cars are like UFOs, I will believe it if I see it.

Water powered cars have been popular for a long time. First, water falls
and makes plants grow... and then the plants die and you wait millions of
years for compression to turn them into petroleum....

That's not a water powered car - it's solar. Come to think of it,
everything on this planet is solar powered, except maybe volcanoes. :-)

Yep, all solar except volcanos tide generators and nuclear
power plants.
