Default D900 scanner frozen.....?

I own a d900 scanner it is frozen. When I get to the vehicle selection screen the scanner freezes and is unresponsive.....? Trying to find out who the manufacturer is for support....? Supposedly there is way to cold boot the machine. Have tried taking out the batteries, but this does not help....?
