Default FS; Tear drop trailer

Most tear drop trailers have compartments measuring 4x8 feet; this one is
5x10 feet, allowing for a queen size sleeping area, 54" wide. Basic body is
marine or exterior plywood with vapor barrier insulation and an eighth inch
polymer outside skin. Roof is on continuous sheet of synthetic leatherette
over sponge rubber padding over a vapor barrier; all of this covering 2
plies of plywood framed with laminated 1x2s. Doors on both sides with vented
windows (most others have only one door, on right side. One piece floor
tile. Fiber glassed undercarriage. 2x2 & 2x3 heavy-duty channel beam steel
frame. 20 gallon fresh water tank. Waste water holding tank with alarm when
full. Deep cycle marine battery, heavy-duty. Built-in battery charger and
110/12v converter. Propane tank in sealed stainless steel compartment vented
to outside. Color television and stereo cassette player-AM/FM radio with
amplified outside antenna. Lift-up back is on gas-charged cylinders that
open automatically and hold back open to allow access to a kitchen with two
burner propane stove and stainless steel sink built into a counter that is
covered in ceramic tile. Ice box under counter; storage cabinets above.
Trailer weighs less than 1600 pounds with full load of water and normal
supplies. It pulls and handles great; has full size 14 inch tires and leaf
spring suspension. Trailer is located at Whidbey Island, Washington; I'll
email photos to anyone interested. $3500. Contact Ron at (360) 678-6236 or
