Default 2000 Land Rover Discovery II question

A friend just bought a 2000 Land Rover Discovery II and is trying to find out
how to to the display for the inside-outside temp. from Celsius to Fahrenheit.

Press and hold the air recirculation button, at same time, press and
hold the on/off button for 3 seconds, a beep will be sounded.
