It does, does it? Interesting. Incorrect, but interesting.

Assuming, for this post only, that a line does have to be drawn
somewhere, is there any reason why it must be drawn *above* what you got
your ticket for, specifically 41 in a 25 school zone?

Does it have anything to do with the fact that if you had your way
(except with only 15 MPH of leeway), you'd be sitting - rather tenderly,
I might add - in jail right now?
