And of State governments;they cannot abridge the right to free speech or
any of the other rights mentioned in the amendments,although it seems the
2nd Amendment RKBA has been exempted (wrongly) from this.I believe that in
joining the "United States of America",they agree to abide by the
Constitution;all of it,not just they parts they like.

Nor should it allow judges to create law. But it has done so.
