Default 93 Grand Prix Turn Signal Flasher location

I have a 93 Grand Prix that the turn signals do not work. The emergency
flashers are fine and the blubs are all in working order. The fuse for the
turn sugnals is good. Only thing I could think of now is the flasher
itself. Before taking all the panels from underneath, any idea it's
whereabouts under the dash?
