Default Fullscreen video now supported on Firefox!

Hi Viatologists,

The Worldwide Highway Library (WHL) has just modified its video
playback engine to support Firefox! As one of the many available
alternative browsers, Firefox users currently constitutes 19.3% of all
WHL visits. These users can now enjoy easy "one-click" access to
fullscreen video.

Whether your display is 4:3, 16:9 or something custom you your needs,
the WHL can now fill your screen w/ roads, surrounding scenery, sky
and people. No matter how persnickety your display settings are, we
like it!

Imagine watching the Interstate 880/California 262 interchange (under
construction) or the beginning of México Federal Route 45! It's also
possible to output WHL videos to your plasma or LCD TVs using RGB,
HDMI or S-Video outputs.

Boulevards, streets, freeways, bridges and tunnels! With two
continents worth of video footage, the Worldwide Highway Library is an
ultimate resource for your road travels across Asia and the Americas.

But it takes 27 clicks to get to that.. And, for God sake don't click
"reload" or you'll end up back at the home page and have to start over.

You're kidding me, right? Unless you're shooting in HD and keeping the HD
in tact in the compression process there would be no point in hooking up to
a television. I get the same picture you're describign watching on my LCD
monitor.

Just to humor Carl, I hooked this up to my HDTV. Instead of seeing and
hearing Carl sing about a state route in Kentucky with marginally poor
video quality, I had what resembled blocks of images on my television.
I could barely make out Carl's face.

Didn't you know, Sherman, you have to use an ODTV (operational
definition television)? :-P
