Default 105 Series Spider

OK, say you were to be given the opportunity to purchase a 1990 Series 3
Spider.

With an MOT running 'till September this year, and no advisories for
rust.

Say you were to look up the MOT history and find this is the only stuff
raised as an advisory:

'Offside Inner Front Track rod end ball joint has slight play (2.2.B.1f)
Offside Front rear Suspension arm rubber bush deteriorated but not
resulting in excessive movement'

Now, if said car were to be available for £1750 and you had the money,
but were struggling a bit for space....

What would you do?
