Default Buying tips for '99 - '01 C5

I will be looking to purchase a 1999-2001 soon.
Upgrading from my 10.5 year daily driver '89 with 150K on it.

Looking for an automatic, non-covertible, and want the HUD as well.
Hopefully well under 50K on it.

What are the problem areas to look for between '99 and '01?

Any huge differences in these years?

I know there were a few recalls.

Thanks in advance!

while i don't know much about it, i do know that the 99 has ugly rims in my
opinion. the 00 and 01 have much nicer thin bar 5 spoke wheels. just my 2
cents.

u can always buy the OEM thin spokes for a reasonable cost -- i got a
set of OEM polished thin spokes for $700 shipped.
