How many mustangs have you owned?

Heres a topic everyone can enjoy.

1- 69 grande 302 rust bucket never got anywere with it, parted out
2- 69 coupe 351W
3- 89 GT 5.0 HO
4- above came with a 91 4 banger totalled parts car, gave it to my
friend to part out for his ralley car project

so i guess thats 2 runners and 2 non runners for a lifetime total of 4.

1965 2+2 289 C4 springtime yellow
1972 CJ white with blue panels and red pinstripes (sprint colors) FMX
1974 Mustang II 302 4v
1966 2+2 289 C4 winsor white
1965 2+2 289 A Code FMX vintage burgundy

Only the 74 was a dog. Notbecause it was a II but because it ran like
a dog.

this weekend (4/7/07).

Passed up a 70 Boss 429 for $3000.00 in 1976, and a 1968 GT 500 KR
Convertible for $8000.00 in 1986, Oh well.....

First Mustang was a car of convenience.
'79 4 banger with broken turbocharger.
Broken car, but was impressed with how well
it actually ran. Became a Mustang fan. Paid $300.
This became a testament to how well Ford's are built.

Second car, after I gave the '79 back to the original
owner because it would not pass smog (go figure),
was a '71 Grande with 315C 4V and Mach1 drive train.
It is now apparent that Ford knows what it is doing, Duh.

It all started with a 66 Comet 289 to a 3 on the
tree 70 Maverick which I dropped a 68 302 into.
(in between I also had a 70 383 Roadrunner 4 speed)

Hey, I owned one of those before and with same engine and stick. Mine
was white.

I had a '69 Super Bee with the 383 and auto.
