Default Steering "clunk"

hi, after some help!

got a slight problem with my 97 146 in the offside somewhere, when sitting
stationary and moving the wheel 1/4 turn left then right, theres a clunk
coming from the offside somewhere when the wheel changes direction, sound
like a cv joint/boot maybe?

doesn't appear to be affecting anything else, car drives ok and doesn't pull
to one side

if it is something like that, anyone got a rough idea of how much to fix it?
(uk)

thanks

Chris
