Sounds like big cars with better MPG equivalent than most tiny cars.
Either that or they're exaggerating a wee bit.

Well, the range of any one of these four electric cars is less than 100 miles. The lightweight BMW likely charges faster since it probably has fewer batteries.

A fuel-cell car, on the other hand, would be expected to have a range of about 300 miles. The fuel-cell cars keep getting pushed-back on the calendar but they are on the way. However, southern California is the only location with (say) more than a dozen hydrogen fueling stations
