Default Engine Boring 94mm

Hello everyone. I got around to finding an old and cheap block ($23)
to try my tools on. I bored it for a 94mm Cylinder. I have a 94mm
cylinder for the measurements and to test the fit. Everything is good.
Is it ok to leave a lip like I did?? or will the 94mm piston hit that
lip? Should I leave it, or bore through.. here's a picture..

Has anyone bored a case before? Mine is so slow.. I have to instead
run the drill press down and up abruptly over and over.. I can't just
let it slowly grind.. Is my blade bad?

Thanks!
