Default How do I turn down AI volume F1c ??

Been playing with my F1C mods more this last week and noticed the engine
sound from the AI is exceptionally loud. I prefer the cockpit view and
it drowns out my cars engine. Is there something in a config file
somewhere that controls external sound ?? I can't find an option in the
game other than overall sound and FX. Makes a good argument to go
automatic tranny if you have to watch the tach so much. I like to drive
by ear as in real life. I do not know enough of editing any of the files
to figure this out myself. Thanks

It's in your Player.PRL file. Look for the line: Other Volume
Ratio="0.80000"
// Additional volume multiplayer for other vehicles, and change the
figure to
whatever you like; 0.80000 works fine for me.

Cheers,
Kai
