Posting Info Please

Hello Group, I'm inquiring on what type of batch posting software you all
use to post multiple files with or do you do it manually? I'm hoping for
some freeware if it's available and I would rather not post in Yenc with
something like Powerpost.

We would rather you don't post in yEnc with anything.

I post all my UUE encoded files by hand.

Perhaps I miss worded that, I would rather not post with something like
Powerpost because it's Yenc.
I'm not a fan of Yenc, it's not universally friendly.
Thanks for the reply, it would take a while to post a large batch manually
but I may give it a try.

With XP Pro I use an old program called News on Rocketfuel and it works like
a charm but probably won't work under Vista. You should be able to download
a free version of it from various sources but to get it to work with all its
features it needs a password and since the company has long since
disappeared, that may not be easy to get.

Here's a non-yEnc version of PowerPost.

If it doesn't come through intact, I'll use another program to post it.

the early versions of power post don't have yenc capability

the readme file in mine says its temp but it has all the features i need
