Exhaust System Manufacturers

I have a '40 Ford Deluxe with the original hot air heater. There is a heat
exchanger (looks sort of like a small muffler) that appears to be part of the
exhaust pipe. All the parts suppliers I've found sell just the bare pipes. I
believe these were used with the optional hot water heating system.

Does anyone know of a source for the exhaust pipe with exchanger? Any
recommendations for a shop that makes exhaust system parts?
