clicking when turning wheel.

Ok found one or 2 problems with new car.
When I turn wheel left or right, have some clicking in the wheel. I
have to get it inspected, I can feel it needs breaks. any idea what
the clicking might be.

I also found a 1980 corvette for about $3500 I was thinking of picking
up as a project.

Has a crack in rear quarter. Can these be fixed or does the rear
quarter have to be replaced.

Also a hole in front right top of quarter. I see I can buy the entire
front from mid america,

Also needs carpet I have to find that

Front seats, mid america again about $500 each vinyl skin on new foam
snap on.

And one shock repaired. then it should be good to go.

except for a paint job I can not afford.

So seats $1000
body work $1000
shock $500 guess
carpet no idea
quater $300

so about $7000 would have a decent car that needs a paint job. It
would look nice next to the 00.
