700r4 barely moves in OD from stop and no second 1,3,R good

I have just rebuilt a 88 700r4 and I am having some problems.The
transmission feels like it is only going half way into second gear,And
from a stop it will barely move with the selector in overdrive when
you rev it up.I installed a shift kit,a .500 boost valve
and a corvette servo during the rebuild.T.V cable is perfect.
first,reverse,drive,and overdrive all work once you are moving and
manually selecting,but no second. Please help
