Default 1999 plymouth breeze fuel filter.

most likely it is located under the car behind or just above the fuel tank

If it is like the Stratus, it is located near the left front corner of
the fuel tank. That corner of the tank has to be lowered a little in
order to gain access. I would suggest buying a good quality filter. I
started with one made by purolator, and the lines were not flexible,
and one of them broke. I took it back for a refund, and got a Napa
filter that is made by Wix. It was a much better quality product than
the Purolator.

above the fuel tank towards the rear and yes the tank has to be dropped a l;ittle
