Ok, I finaly got it. This is what should be the default:
- driver: 100/50/50/-
- in-game: 50/50
Centering Spring should be adjusted, and on my system it is
somewhere around 10%.

Hm, look at that, you turned out to be right.
After the new build, whole the time I had linearity turned off
(didn't notice that it was off). This is why I liked 50% of driver's Spring
and Damper. Now that I am back to linear setting, I like 100% of those two,
: ).
