Default Aerial road photos from Arizona

Hi Viatologists,

What makes road photography mundane is the overwhelming (and superfluous)
amount of ground-level photographs. Almost every website that focuses on
road photography takes snaps from the ground, not the air. That's quite
unfortunate because a wider view of a highway can be taken from a private
jet. In doing so, the road photographer has the ability to cover entire
cities or urban areas whilst reamining focused on the "main drag".

The Worldwide Transportation Library (WWTL) has recently finished an aerial
journey of south-central Arizona, offering some views you may not have seen
befo

Route 303 can best be described as a project in the works. Once complete,
it will serve as the outer belt for the northern and western regions of
Phoenix. Today, the route is predominantly boulevard-standard, having
stoplights at most high-traffic intersections.

The latter photograph --US Federal Route 60-- is distinctive because Google
Maps, a provider of satellite imagery, can't even zoom into as much detail!
This truly shows the cutting edge developments of the Worldwide
Transportation Library.

If Google can't keep up, then who can? Answer: the WWTL!

Cheers,

Carl Rogers
