04 SL500. nothing like $4000.00 for a general service........

all fluids changed, plugs changed, leaking valve covers fixed.

That's nothin'! Back when I used to hang around Newport Imports, when they
were the Ferrari dealer, I watched them invoice a minor tune-up on a 365
GTC/4, plugs, points and balance the carbs, for $2700...in 1972... Of
course, it took a lot of time, patience and skill to balance two sets of 6
plug dual point distributors and 6 dual throat Webers.
