Coffee Stains and Smell

Hello, all. My question could just as easily be applied in the home but
it happened in my car: What's the preferred way to get out the stain
and eliminate the smell of spilled coffee on car carpeting? Thanks for

I've used a couple of the name-brand spray foam cleaners successfully.
Spray on, brush in the foam, let dry, vacuum up or brush away. Another
application the next day may be necessary for nasty spills.
