Default Help , replace Strut / Shocks

Hi everyone,
On Golf 90' GL auto , I am going to replace my shocks , because they are
bed. There is special tool to lock the upper bearing to the strut.
Is anyone can help me find this tool to do the job. I have seen it in vw
group , it look like socket with two little toots which tightens the locking
nut down.
Appreciate you help
Dosio

It's easy to make one if you have access to a grinder.
Get a socket of the connect size for the nut then find a spanner with jaws a
bit smaller than the diameter of the socket.
Use the grinder to grind down two flat surfaces on the side of the socket so
that the spanner will fit over it. You can now use an allen key to hold the
top of the strut and you can undo the nut with the socket and spanner.

I was not very clear , there are two nuts to control the strut. A little one
getting in bearing body and another one on top of the strut, when you
install on vehicle. I am looking for the one getting into bearing body. I
have heard that if this one is not tight enough, it will knock when drive.
Sorry for poor explanation
Thanks
