Default Nitrogen in tires

Does anyone know if this "nitrogen in tires" thing really produces the
results claimed?

Not likely. Maybe if millions of dollars in prize money were on the table,
it would be an acceptable expenditure....
After you spend a few hours searching around, you may also come to realize
you might just as well toss your money in the garbage, as pay for nitrogen
in your tires.

There's a lot of nitrogen in there already. For free. Why pay for a bit
more?

Depends on what claims you are seeing. It is beneficial enough that
many long haul trucking companies use it for the benefits that are of
value to them such as less lose of pressure and less deterioration of
the tire carcass, and less change in pressure with temperature.
