150k mile maintenance
hay I own a 91 honda civic DX 5 speed this is the second one I have owned.
The first i Bougt was auto trany I bought it with 225k on it sold it with 245k on it for 300.00 bought it fo 30.00 need a little tlc. but never let me down and was great on gas the one I have now had 246k now has 251k or mor and runs great I bought it for 160.00 have not put much in to it anyway the point is the body will fall apart befor the moter dies I do not think that honda offers sced. maintenance but it only cost 12.00 for an oil change if you do it and about 40.00 for wires and 8.00 for plugs 5.00 for air filter if I were you I would do the maintenance on it this car will last you a life time not to mention you only need to change the oil every 7500 miles normal cars are 3000 if you do give it to your wife I would buy another civic thanx IvanW |
