I have 3, 2.3 fords . 2 were in a Taurus and 1 was in a courier. The Courier has over 400 000 miles on it. Its the original engine. A Volvo head will fit with some machining I am told and a 500 cfm carb increases the output dramatically. There are turbo kits that produce over 500 HP I am told but all of this is available on the internet and I never had any trouble finding it when I typed in 2.3 ford engine.

The person you are replying to posted that message before the web really
existed in the form you know it today.
