Hi Viatologists,

Photographs equal knowledge. As of 21-Oct-2009, the Worldwide
Transportation Library (WWTL) has watermarked 17.67% of its road
photographs.

Through the Operation Emboss initative, the WWTL will lift its ban on
JPG file-sharing once every photo has been watermarked. Operation
Emboss is our way of distributing knowledge to the viatology community
while--at the same time--creating an avenue where anyone can share our
roadside photographs w/ the mainstream Internet community.

Cheers,

Carl Rogers

It seems that you people just can't leave Mr Rogers alone. Mr Rogers is
quite possibly the world's foremost expert in viatology. He should be
respected as a national treasure, not an object of ridicule.

By all accounts, the watermarking initiative is a well run project. Mr
Rogers is making measureable progress and is publishing his statistics
for peer review.

Carl Rogers' project is a pile of bull****, just like you. And for him
to, "publish statistics for peer review," he has to have peers first.
And in the department of lame, Carl Rogers is definitely, "peerless."
