Default Electical fault on rear light.

Electrical fault with offside rear light, its always on and draining
the battery.
anyone got any idea why, and can you help rectify...
please advise..

Nearly always a bad earth in the lighting pod. But it may rather depend
on what car it is......

Oh could be parking light as well? Does that illuminate the rear as well
as the front?

Which model? F12, Matta, Zagato?

If it's a 147 or 156 -> typical for blown MosFet(s) inside the revcounter.
Change MosFets (available at Farnell, Radioshack, RS-Components....) or
complete revcounter.
