Then you know a few young drivers who belong in jail for endangering
the general public. They cannot pick which car one of those ball
bearings is going to hit.

I agree those sort of folk belong in jail but then there area lot of folk I
feel should be in jail. As to the BS. You call them as you see them but
that does not mean you see them correctly.

I agree but it is also clear that the police are unwilling or unable to
enforce traffic laws that actually affect motorist safety in a
meaningful way, so it is difficult not to feel more sympathy for the
ball-bearing throwers than the oblivious (or deliberate?) assholes.
