Looks like the 156 (mk1 and even mk2) really is assured future classic
status. Beautiful gives way to "striking". And thats without even
thinking about sharing basic engine design with Vectra-man.....

Not that the 158 probably won't be a better car than the 156... but it
will be better in all those tedious everyday refrigerator qualities and
BMW-u-like dynamic ways rather than in the abstract aesthetics which
(with the engines) make Alfa so special... I hope not but it doesn't
look good....

Agreed, looks like a photoshopped 156 to me.

The details in the text certainly don't match the picture, anyway.

Oh, and the LHS lamp cluster is the wrong size compared with the RHS
one.

I doubt that it'll look very much like that pictu that's a photoshopped
picture of a 156 mk II (and rather clumsily photoshopped at that - they
haven't even tried to blend the nearside wing with the nose.)
