torque wrench
Hi guy's,
Next saterday i'm going to pick up a used (but never used??)torque wrench. Some pointers on where to look at, faults or anything? It's the kind with a click, not the one with a needle It's a wrench from 280 to 760Nm, so when i have this one, it will be the mother of all....;o)) .. tia Roger |

Make sure the lock works. If not, you'll loose the desired setting
while torqueing. With the lock engaged, you should not be able to change torque settings. |

if it is a craftsman, go to your local store and swap the "old" one for
a brand new tool. |

Cool! Always store it with the adjusting barrel completely loosened or
it will eventually lose its calibration. |
