It may be OT, but its been the most interesting debate in this NG for some
time!

And besides, when was the last time anybody in here saw the charter? Maybe
its time you posted it again...

A further fine display of complete and utter ignorance. Try 28th March
2006, FAQ posted by Pete, line one says:

"FAQ and de facto Charter"

School holidays..pah!!!
