SPARK PLUGS???

I sure feel stupid asking this question but here it is. I have a 2001 GT
with 81 thousand miles on it. I want to install a new set of spark plugs
but where the hell are they located??? Is it a major job to get at all
of the plugs??? Should I go to the dealer and pay $$$ instead of trying
to do it myself? PLEASE ADVISE, THANKS

Not to sound snippy, but just 100% truthful if you can not find the
spark plugs without directions, then you need to get someone to do it.
Either pay a mechanic or get a friend that knows what he is doing to do
it and show you how. If you know that little then you surely don't have
the tools and information to set the gap. If those wires are original
they probably need to be changed also.

And replaced in the correct firing order.

Have you ever seen a 2001 gt motor yourself??? There are no spark plug
wires going to the sides of the motor. The only wires on top of the
motor look like they are for the fuel injectors. I have replaced spark
plugs before on other car I have owned. I have had other people look at
my mustang motor and there stumped as where the spark plugs are located
too.

If you do not know how to replace a plug on a COP (coil over plug)
engine, it might
be wise to have somebody else do it while you watch, at least the first
time.

It's coil on plug. The plugs are in the usual location with a coil on top
of them. There are no spark plug wires. Just the wires leading to the
coils. Remove the coil and the plug is under it.
