Another small milestone for TFrog today... 215,000 miles. And hardly broken
in. Another rough inspection, too - new cat-back exhaust, 4 new tires, swapped in a used AC compressor, replaced a leaking power steering hose. But at least it now has defrosters going into the winter season and fresh rubber on all four corners. We broke in the new tires by fishtailing up the street. Meanwhile, CFrog is in for the dreaded heater core replacement. I had just had new headlight assemblies installed to cure the glaucoma, but on a dark and rainy night I could barely see the road, as the windshield was constantly fogging over. I can take a hint. Altogether, I dropped about $2,000 on both Mustangs this year, which is still less than $100 per month for each. Not a bad deal, and a wonderful return on investment. Looks like I'll have to keep them both for a little while longer yet. dwight www.tfrog.com/tfrog |

The next time it goes I swear I'm just going to cut a hole in the firewall and remove it that way. |
