Default Corvette Museum Delivery?

What exactly is Corvette Museum Delivery? This is an extra option at an

It's one of the best options available when you are ordering your car.
Check out the NCM's website that details the process:
http://www.corvettemuseum.com/ncm_delivery/index.shtml

There was a great article on the Museum Delivery experience in the
January 2002 issue of Vette magazine.
