What happens when parents criminal coddle their children

Why should someone who understands what is going on be penalized because
of the moron majority? The reason why I so object to LCD standards and
rules is because of how they punish the responsible members of society.

It's the same as how we are all being treated as criminals until proven
not to be. LCD.

Without it, all you're going to do is change the numerical age of the
incompetent drivers that hit my car. You might reduce the volume of one
vehicle crashes with a higher age value as would better training and
filtering out the poor drivers. The savings from cleaning up the
mess and the lawsuits that result could be used to offset the training
costs.
