Switching Doors on a Voyager
I am starting the unrewarding task of switching out the front doors on
a 92 Voyager. This van originally came with power door locks and power mirrors. For some unexplained reason, the previous owner put doors on it from 89 and 90 Vogaer. They fit to a degree, but this van looks like a NY taxi with different doors. I am switching doors from a 93 Caravan which will fit. However, I'd like to hear from anyone who has done this before in hopes of learning a few tips on making this thankless job a bit easier. BTW, if anyone has deep red door panels for this vintage Voyager or Caravan, I would be interested in purchasing them. The doors are from a blue interior van, so I want to return to as such originality as possible. I shoudl mention the replacement doors have power windows, door locks and power mirrors. ----== Posted via Newsfeeds.Com - Unlimited-Uncensored-Secure Usenet News==---- http://www.newsfeeds.com The #1 Newsgroup Service in the World! 120,000+ Newsgroups ----= East and West-Coast Server Farms - Total Privacy via Encryption =---- |
